We’re looking for commercial real estate professionals who understand deals and love technology.
Role Overview
- 1099 Contract Position
- 30–40 hours per week
- Work from home / fully remote
- Hiring immediately
Primary Responsibility:
Conduct demos, manage follow-up and convert prospects into active subscribers.
Required Background
We’re specifically seeking professionals with real-world CRE experience, such as:
- Brokerage (investment sales, leasing, land)
- CRE lending, banking or underwriting
- Private capital or investor advisory
- Financial analysis and deal evaluation
Must-Haves
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions
- Confidence presenting to brokers, owners and investors
- Strong follow-up and deal-closing discipline
- Proficient with modern tech tools (Google Meet, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to ramp quickly and hit monthly sales targets
Compensation
- Hourly base commission
- Significant upside through performance-based earnings
