Outside Sales Representative – B2B Cannabis Sales
Location: New Mexico (Travel Required)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our wholesale cannabis distribution footprint. This role focuses on business-to-business sales with licensed dispensaries, delivery services, and distributors. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, an existing network (preferred), high energy, and the ability to close deals consistently while representing our brand with professionalism and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
- Prospect, qualify, and onboard new B2B cannabis accounts.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and consistently hit weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct in-person meetings, store visits, and product demos.
- Present and pitch product lines including flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vapes, and edibles.
- Upsell and cross-sell existing accounts to maximize order volume and SKU penetration.
Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with purchasing managers, buyers, and retail ownership groups.
- Maintain regular communication with accounts to drive reorders and gather product feedback.
- Solve customer issues quickly and professionally while protecting the company’s interests.
- Coordinate with production, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Territory Development
- Develop and manage a sales territory with an optimized route and visit cadence.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer demand to adjust sales strategy.
- Attend cannabis events, trade shows, and vendor days to represent the brand.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all activities comply with state cannabis regulations NM, etc.
- Use CRM tools to record visits, orders, and pipeline activity daily.
- Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to leadership.
QualificationsRequired
- 1–3 years of sales experience (cannabis, beverages, CPG, or distributor sales preferred).
- Strong closing skills and a track record of delivering on sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within territory (50–75% of time).
Preferred
- Existing relationships with dispensaries or purchasing managers in NM or nearby markets.
- Knowledge of wholesale cannabis pricing, compliance, biotrack procedures, and standard B2B sales cycles.
- Familiarity with product SKUs across flower, concentrates, vapes, and pre-rolls.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
