Sales Associate
Location: Belen, NM
Shift: Full-time | 4-days a week, 3 days off, 10-hr shifts (OPEN AVAILABILITY is a MUST)
Compensation: $13/hour Gratuities Commission Incentives
Work Arrangement: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cannabis Consultant (Floating), you’re the face of our shop! Your day-to-day includes:
Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
- Educate customers on strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Ensure every guest leaves happy and confident in their purchase.
Product Knowledge & Compliance
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and regulations.
- Follow all state and company regulations (ID checks, purchase limits, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store.
Store Operations & Teamwork
- Assist with opening/closing duties.
- Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals.
- Participate in training & mentorship to advance in the industry.
