What You’ll Do:

As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with department leaders to deliver accurate financial plans.
• Prepare and present dashboards, reports, and analyses that provide leadership with data-driven insights.
• Oversee financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with GAAP, SEC, and PUC standards.
• Manage cash flow, debt, and capital project accounting to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Optimize ERP systems, financial tools, and workflows for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Support regulatory studies, rate case filings, and capital investment projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, providing recommendations to drive financial performance.
• Build strong relationships across departments to support company-wide goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution.
• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting leadership.

Certifications & Licenses

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license required.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar), advanced Excel, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with utility accounting and regulatory reporting a plus.
