Twenty-Two Inc is the marketing and sales agency for HandiTrailers (www.handitrailers.com), manufacturer of Gooseneck and Deckover trailers. You will learn more about our company at www.YardRampGuy.com, the 15-year original flagship brand. We are growing significantly by way of our trailer program and newly growing cross-docking station work within The Yard Ramp Guy brand. We are preparing to expand to skid steer attachments in the summer of 2026. This is an exciting time to join Team22Inc!
Role of Inside Sales Representative (aka Trailer Sales Rep)
Our new Trailer Sales Rep will bring a history of successful Gooseneck and Deckover trailer sales to our team. Sales are derived from two sources: Company-generated leads and your lead generation efforts by way of our various social media and Internet application tools.
Our style of sales is to serve as a buyer’s guide, not as a hard seller or order taker. Prospects are generally ready to purchase. You will also pursue qualified targets, particularly those who purchase for their fleets. Your enthusiasm and expertise in B2B sales will empower you to guide prospects through their purchasing process.
This position requires someone with high energy, outstanding phone and email communications skills, natural consultative sales ability, integrity and drive for working from a remote home office, enthusiasm for collaborating within a team and computer skills including CRM, Quote/Invoice software, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Internet savvy.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads to close sales. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Utilize your customer-first approach to guide prospects throught the purchasing process. Upselling while assuring each prospect purchases what they need, but not more than what they need.
- Conduct warm calls to follow up on leads and provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance proactive lead generation efforts to further drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM software and within our well-developed processes and practices.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of our product lines, competitors and industry trends to better serve our clients.
Required Qualifications
- MUST have at least 1-2 years experience selling Gooseneck and Deckover Trailers. No exceptions on this. We need a ringer in this industry.
- Demonstrative phone and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Effective sales follow up skills
- Appreciation for learning and following excellent company processes. Reliance upon memory, scratch notes and self-developed "organizational" tools are not required nor desired.
- Ability and desire to work autonomously while still very much within a team structure.
- Home-based office including, phone, printer and high-speed Internet. Company provides laptop with secondary large monitor.
- Fluency in Spanish will be advantageous (though not required) for opening a broader market.

Compensation Structure
Base salary plus generous commissions calculated off gross sales.
Benefits include Simple IRA with company match and Health Insurance.
Intended Start Date
Ideally, we find our match and begin work just after January 1, 2026.
