Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Crew Lead whose primary responsibility is to lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew to provide exceptional service to residential and commercial properties.

This role is all about: - Leading crew members in daily field operations - Delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services - Ensuring safety, efficiency, and accountability - Maintaining strong customer relationships

What You’ll Do

·         Lead and supervise daily maintenance crew activities

·         Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, cleanup, and general landscape maintenance

·         Ensure properties are serviced to company quality standards

·         Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment

·         Train and support crew members on job expectations and safety procedures

·         Communicate job progress, site issues, and customer concerns to management

·         Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean, organized, and properly maintained

·         Maintain route efficiency and complete daily schedules on time

·         Provide excellent customer service and professionalism on-site

What We’re Looking for

·         Previous landscape maintenance experience required

·         Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred

·         Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example

·         Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

·         Reliable attendance and punctuality

·         Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

·         Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers

·         Strong communication and problem-solving skills
