Job Description

The Yard Butler is a people-driven landscape company committed to structured processes, disciplined execution, and top-level work. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape projects from planning through completion.

This role coordinates customers, crews, materials, equipment, schedules, vendors, and project budgets to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

·         Manage landscape projects from kickoff through final completion

·         Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules

·         Review scopes of work, plans, specifications, and production requirements

·         Conduct job-site visits and monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity

·         Communicate with customers, estimators, designers, vendors, and field teams

·         Track labor, materials, project costs, change orders, and profitability

·         Identify project risks and resolve issues quickly

·         Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates

·         Support effective handoffs between sales, estimating, production, and customers

·         Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations

Qualifications

·         Experience managing landscape, construction, hardscape, irrigation, or related projects

·         Strong organizational and follow-through skills

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

·         Clear and professional communication skills

·         Working knowledge of scheduling, job costing, labor tracking, and materials management

·         Ability to read plans and understand project scopes

·         Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

·         Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and profitability

·         Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

·         Experience with project management or business software is a plus

·         Spanish-speaking ability is a major plus, but not required.
