You'll support bartenders by maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest. Essential Responsibilities
Maintain adequate stock of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and bar supplies throughout each shift.
Restock and organize all bar inventory before, during, and after service.
Remove used glassware, dishes, and trash promptly to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
Wash, polish, and properly store glassware and bar equipment.
Assist bartenders with drink preparation, garnishes, and service support as needed.
Change kegs, refill CO₂, and assist with beverage equipment maintenance.
Receive and organize beverage deliveries while rotating inventory using FIFO standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, storage rooms, coolers, and service stations in accordance with health and sanitation standards.
Ensure all side work and opening/closing duties are completed accurately.
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company safety standards.
Assist with special events, rooftop activations, and hotel programming as assigned.
Deliver friendly, engaging service while interacting with guests in a professional and approachable manner.
Support other Food & Beverage outlets when business demands require.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Previous barback, food runner, busser, or hospitality experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Ability to obtain any required Florida alcohol service certifications.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.
Safely maneuver kegs, cases of beverages, and other heavy supplies.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including rooftop operations.
