HireArt is helping our client find an Operations Support Associate to join its designated market team.In this role, you’ll provide on-site operational support at the assigned facility, ensuring efficient customer service and vehicle readiness.The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable delivering hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.Schedule:7 hours per day, 4 days per week, with a 30-minute unpaid break per shift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 AM-4:00 PMWednesday: OffWhat you'll do:Customer Service and Vehicle Processing:Assist customers with the rental process, including check-in, vehicle assignment, and rental return.Prepare rental vehicles for drivers, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting vehicle inspections.Manage and organize vehicle compliance documents.Operational Support:Organize the vehicle lot and coordinate vehicle transportation.Complete daily rental operations tasks.Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the designated point of contact.Standards and Communication:Maintain the company’s service standards when interacting with drivers.Communicate effectively with on-site staff and remote support teams.Provide clear, concise updates and maintain accurate documentation.
