Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newnan, GA, for a Masonry Project Coordinator. The role involves supporting masonry and stucco projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating day-to-day operations. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field leadership to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, communicate effectively with general contractors and stakeholders, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also includes coordinating materials procurement, managing submittals and RFIs, and providing regular project updates to management.
Qualifications
- 2 years coordinating commercial construction projects (subcontractor or GC side)
- Working knowledge of masonry and stucco techniques, tools, and materials
- Proficiency with GC platforms such as Procore, Plangrid, or Autodesk Build
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets in particular)
- Strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of jobsite safety standards and submittal/RFI processes
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and tight deadlines without dropping details
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Field or estimating experience in masonry, stucco, or a related trade a strong plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
