Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction General Manager based in Newnan, GA. The role involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and resources. The Construction General Manager will lead project teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will also actively participate in planning, troubleshooting, and implementing strategies to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience in coordinating multiple teams and overseeing budgets and timelines.
- Technical knowledge and expertise in masonry and stucco construction, along with general construction processes and materials.
