Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors through engaging programs, meaningful activities, and community involvement? The Woodlands Retirement Community provider in senior living is seeking a compassionate and creative Life Enrichment Director to lead our resident engagement efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, plan, and implement a vibrant calendar of activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual well-being.
- Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere where residents are encouraged to participate and connect.
- Coordinate special events, outings, and intergenerational programs with local community partners.
- Assess residents' interests and needs through regular interaction and feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or senior living enrichment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, enthusiastic and positive thinker.
- Ability to multitask and adapt programs to meet diverse resident needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience working with seniors.
