The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Lead Esthetician to elevate our Esthetics department. This is a Tier 3 role for a skincare expert who is ready to train, mentor, and lead — while continuing to deliver an elite guest experience of their own.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced, results-driven facial treatments across our full service menu
- Train, certify, and mentor new estheticians
- Coach the team on protocols, scripts, and retail performance
- Build your book of business through personal post-treatment follow-up calls and guest retention calls
- Oversee back bar inventory, protocol binders, and department scheduling fairness
- Serve as the go-to resource for the esthetics team and Spa Director
- Current esthetician license
- 4 years of esthetics experience
- Demonstrated leadership, training, or mentoring experience
- Strong track record hitting retail and retention goals
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Hitting Tier 3 KPIs: 70% productivity, $210 average ticket, 30% retail-to-service
- Successfully training and retaining new esthetician hires
- Running a well-organized, fully stocked, protocol-compliant department
