The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled, passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our exceptional service team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, technically proficient, and genuinely excited about the opportunity to build a loyal clientele in a supportive, high-performance luxury environment. You will perform a full menu of therapeutic massage and body treatments, serve as a trusted wellness advisor, and contribute to a culture where excellence is the standard.
What You'll Do
- Deliver customized Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty massage services using Woodhouse-approved protocols
- Conduct thorough intake consultations and adapt every service to the individual guest's needs
- Recommend and retail wellness products
- Proactively rebook guests at the conclusion of every service
- Enter complete SOAP notes and guest records following every appointment
- Offer service upgrades and enhancements with every appointment
- Attend all team meetings, trainings, and continuing education sessions
- Maintain treatment room sanitation, readiness, and equipment inspection standards
What We're Looking For
- Current and valid state massage therapy license
- Minimum 500 hours of accredited massage therapy education
- Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities
- Strong guest communication, consultation, and retail recommendation skills
- Professional, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance
- Ability to perform services during extended shifts, including evenings and weekends
What Success Looks Like
- Achieving and maintaining a 30% or higher rebook rate
- Meeting the 2% retail-to-service ratio through genuine, wellness-focused product recommendations
- Delivering consistently elevated average ticket values through enhancements and upgrades
- Maintaining accurate, detailed SOAP notes and follow-up protocols for every guest
