Mental Health Facility Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Facility Manager to lead our healthcare team and oversee the daily operations of our mental health facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking mental health support while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Fulltime shift:
Monday to Friday 7a-3p or 8a-4p
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the mental health facility, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Manage and supervise direct care staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Implement policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Assist in coordinating patient care services, ensuring high-quality treatment and support for clients
- Monitor and manage the facility’s budget, resources, and staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and confidentiality requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings
- Conduct regular staff training and development to maintain high standards of care
- Handle patient and family concerns, providing resolution and support as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory and organizational purpose
- Must be on duty 40 hours per week and must be available by telephone after hours and on weekends (on-call)

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work preferred
- Experience in managing a healthcare or mental health facility preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of mental health treatment practices, regulations, and compliance standards
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records
