- Manage daily operations for national accounts, including customer communication, order management, and issue resolution.
- Lead weekly meetings with customers to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Grow sales within the national account by building relationships with field partners and conducting product training at national accounts locations.
- Travel to customer sites to support account growth, strengthen partnerships, and increase product awareness.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with large prospective customers to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed successfully.
- Maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high levels of service and support.
- Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time. (Weekly travel that includes 1-2 nights a week)
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Experience building customer relationships and growing sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
