What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foam Equipment Set-Up & Operator position at THE WITTERN GROUP INC?
The Foam Equipment Set-up & Operator position will:
Perform duties associated with the foaming operation as well as the maintenance to the equipment to maximize quality. Also required to perform other tasks, as assigned by his or her supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Obtain supplies, position work and follow verbal or written instructions
2. Perform duties associated with the foaming operation
3. Perform maintenance of equipment involved with thermal protection system
4. Set-up all styles of doors and cabinets to spec of blueprint for foaming
5. Complete tasks as directed with minimum supervision
6. Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards
7. Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task
- Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to supervisor
- Perform other duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position
- Keep work areas clean and organized; take proper care of all equipment and facilities
- Desire to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities as well as dependable work ethic
- Follow all company rules and policies
