Do you enjoy working independently, helping people, and keeping things organized? We're looking for a dependable, friendly Night Auditor to join our team at The Wisconsin Hotel!

What You'll Do
As our Night Auditor, you'll be the face of the hotel overnight. You'll welcome late-arriving guests, assist current guests, and complete the nightly accounting process that prepares the hotel for the next business day.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in late-arriving guests
- Processing guest check-outs
- Answering phones and assisting guests with questions or requests
- Performing the nightly audit and balancing daily transactions
- Reconciling cash, credit card, and hotel revenue
- Preparing daily reports
- Monitoring the property throughout the night to ensure guest safety and security
- Keeping the front desk clean, organized, and stocked
- Communicating important information to the morning team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to remain calm and positive while solving problems
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with OPERA Cloud PMS is a big plus!
Schedule
- Overnight shift (typically 11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
