Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving during the night, handling guest inquiries, managing front desk activities, and ensuring the security and accuracy of nightly financial transactions. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional guest services and resolving any issues promptly.
- Check in and check out guests efficiently, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and handling guest requests or inquiries.
- Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying revenue, reservations, and billing details to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine inspections of public areas, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
- Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating multilingual or bilingual communication skills to serve diverse guest needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within a resort or hotel environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high levels of professionalism and hospitality standards.
