Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
• Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. However not required ***Training provided***
• Tech savvy, ability to use scanner, Mircosoft Office and find your way around a computer/Pos system, a Familiarity in retail sales processes is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail in stock management and product presentation is essential.
• Ability to work 10 hour shifts on your feet including weekends and some hoildays
• Ability to pick up shifts at other loctions within a reasonable distance from your home store is a plus.
