- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and benefits
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions and cash handling
- Assist customers with upselling accessories and plan options to enhance their experience
- Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and stocktaking activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously
- Promote store promotions and special offers effectively during customer interactions
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within a grocery store or electronics environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math skills
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities as a plus
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, upselling techniques, and merchandising best practices
- Basic math proficiency for retail transactions and inventory management
