We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Store Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, lead sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. - Lead and supervise store staff, providing coaching, training, and development to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability.
- Oversee sales activities, including retail math calculations, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle cash management responsibilities such as cashiering, cash handling procedures, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations with accuracy.
- Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and assist with scheduling to maintain an efficient team.
- Monitor store operations related to budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
- Utilize communication skills to engage with customers effectively and resolve issues promptly.
- Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within retail sales or wireless telecommunications environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing retail operations including inventory management, merchandising, and sales management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience in employee recruitment, training & development, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in retail math, cash handling procedures, POS systems, and organizational skills essential for effective store management.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse customer populations.
