The Windsor Place Nursing and Rehab Center at The Pointe Retirement Community is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)for the 7p–7a Night Time shift . Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the shift
- Participate in shift reports and care conferences as needed
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Mississippi
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
