Daily Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is provided during the night shift
- Oversee shift operations including staff assignments, patient care delivery, and emergency response
- Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure accurate documentation and reporting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Conduct shift change reports and communicate effectively with other supervisors and team members
- Support and mentor LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and participate in care plan meetings as needed
- Address concerns from residents, families, and staff in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Mississippi
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.50 - $34.50 per hour
