The Windfall is partnering with a Cybersecurity company who is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant/Operations Partner to support the Founder & CEO. This is not a traditional calendar-management EA role. The CEO is looking for a sharp, highly organized partner who can act as a true extension of him; managing priorities, drafting communications, tracking follow-ups across leadership, and ensuring key initiatives stay on track. With 15 direct reports reporting into the CEO, this person will play an important role in keeping projects moving, maintaining visibility across the team, and helping run the company’s OKR program. The role is a mix of EA, operations, and light Chief of Staff responsibilities, ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up their sleeves to support a fast-moving founder and team. This is working in office 5 days/week. ResponsibilitiesManage inbox, answer on behalf and draft replies using CEOs tone and guidelinesMaintain calendar precision, handle scheduling for clients, investors, external and internal meetings.
