Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming and organized first point of contact for all patients
- Coordinate patient schedules and support providers with daily administrative needs
- Handle insurance-related tasks, including benefit verification, collecting insurance copays and deductibles, and follow-up
- Work closely with our leadership and billing teams to maintain accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Assist with specialist referrals, testing orders
- Educate patients on our products and services
- Protect patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
- Approach each day with optimism, adaptability, and a commitment to helping the team succeed

- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative setting (required)
