Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to inform effective therapy strategies
- Manage clinical documentation standards by accurately recording patient progress, treatment details, and therapy outcomes within electronic health records (EHR) systems or electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Provide patient education on injury prevention, mobility exercises, and self-care techniques to empower individuals in their recovery journey
- Assist in discharge planning by evaluating patient progress and recommending appropriate follow-up care or community resources
- Utilize specialized techniques such as trigger point therapy and physiotherapy modalities to optimize rehabilitation results
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
