What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director for The Willows Assisted Living position at The Willows Assisted Living?
The Maintenance Director is responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, healing and cooling systems i compliance with the applicable safety and fire regulations and federal/state/ local building codes. Recommends and maintains departmental budget, purchasing of supplies, and identifies and recommends independent contracts for repairs as needed. Responsible for facility compliance in emergency procedures and MIOSHA compliance as MIOSHA compliance.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required
At least one year of related experience in building maintenance.
Excellent communication skills
Great attitude and professional appearance.
Must be a Team Player.
Must have a valid drivers license.
-Valid Diver's license and a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
