What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping & Landry Supervisor position at The Williamsport Home?
The Williamsport Home is seeking a detail-oriented individual who takes pride and ownership in keeping their facility clean for residents and visitors for our Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor role.
This position is primarily Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, 1 weekend per quarter working 9a-1p on Saturday and Sunday. The individual in this role would need to maintain flexibility to support the facility during special events.
This position is eligible for our full benefits package.
Position Summary:
The primary function of this position is to manage, organize and direct all functions of the housekeeping and laundry services in accordance with all federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations which govern the facility, and, as directed by the Administrator so as to ensure the resident and facility’s environmental needs are maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to follow oral and written direction.
