The Williamsport Home is seeking an LPN to fill a Director of Resident Care Services position in our Personal Care Home facility.
This individual will assist the Personal Care Home Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the program by responding to staff inquiries, addressing scheduling concerns, and providing support to residents and their families as needed.
Qualifications:Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Possession of a current State Practical Nurse License.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a long term care setting
- Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to follow oral and written direction
- Ability to sit for the Personal Care Home Administrator Course.
- Ability to sit for the Medication Train the Trainer Course.
Salary : $24 - $26
