Job Description
Employee retention bonus payable upon completion of 180 days with the company.Summary:
Position may be involved in any one of the following: Miscellaneous Paints/Inks, Synthetic, Synthetic Pumping. Position may require batch mixing, container handling, chemical handling and pumping, and general maintenance housekeeping. Forklift experience is required as well as ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. frequently on a regular basis.
Primary Duties:
- Batch mixing according to specifications
- Handling of chemicals with the proper use of personal protection equipment
- Transfer of and/or mixing of products from one type of container to another
- Use of forklift to perform job responsibilities
Non-Essential Duties:
- Warehouse product organization
- Maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and warehouse work area
- Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor
Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certification with minimum 6 month experience
- Ability to establish and maintain effective positive working relationships with other employees and customers
