The Will Group is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead on-site execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and mission-critical construction projects, with required data center experience. This role is responsible for managing MEP subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of complex infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include leading MEP field activities, supervising subcontractors and crews, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers and engineers, overseeing electrical distribution and backup power systems, driving QA/QC and startup activities, conducting inspections, and maintaining progress reporting.
Qualifications include 7–10 years of field construction experience with at least 5 years in an MEP-focused leadership role, strong knowledge of electrical distribution and mechanical systems, proven experience on data center or other mission-critical projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience is required.
Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $120,000 to $130,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
