What You’ll Do

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures

Install wiring, subassemblies, and components using hand and power tools

Measure, cut, strip, and pin data cables to specification

Inspect products for quality and functionality

Build specialty wooden shipping crates to third-party specifications

Pack and prepare finished products for shipment
-
Rotate between workstations to support production flow

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and safety procedures

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
-
2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
-
Ability to read blueprints or schematics preferred
-
Experience using hand tools, power tools, or soldering equipment a plus

Experience building wooden crates preferred

Strong attention to detail and reliability
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
-
Intermediate math and communication skills
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts

Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
-
Work in varying temperatures and sound levels

Frequent use of hands and tools for precision work
Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $19 to $23 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
