Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes and reception activities
- Maintain records, reservations, and appointment systems accurately
- Monitor front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments as needed
- Handle billing, payments, and financial reporting related to front desk operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- 2 years of front desk experience
- Experience managing teams of 5 of more
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities under pressure
- Proficiency in excel, Office and management systems (Opera, BOB)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. if needed
