Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and manage banquet events, including large tours groups, celebrations of life, conferences, and private functions
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, menus, and timelines
- Supervise banquet staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure proper setup, service, and breakdown of events according to standards
- Work closely with kitchen and catering teams to ensure timely food service
- Monitor event execution and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment related to banquet operations
- Oversee billing, budgeting, and cost control for events
- Proven experience in banquets preferably in hotels
