We are a chef-driven, fine-dining restaurant in Yorba Linda looking for a reliable Dishwasher / Prep Cook to support our kitchen team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and moving efficiently. You will be responsible for dishwashing during service and assisting with basic prep during prep hours or slower service periods.

Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, floors, sinks, and trash stations
- Assist with basic food prep (washing vegetables, simple knife work, portioning)
- Support cooks during service by keeping stations stocked and clean
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability (show up on time, ready to work)
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help where needed and work as part of a team

Schedule & Pay
- 25–30 hours per week
- $20–$24 per hour, based on experience
