- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing pastry offerings

Requirements
- Proven pastry experience with a strong portfolio of baked goods and desserts
- Proficiency in cake decorating, baking techniques, and food presentation skills
- Experience with food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen operations within the food industry
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods related to pastry preparation
