The White Magnolia Bridal Collection is excited to announce our upcoming location in Alexandria, Virginia—our 11th boutique nationwide! We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead this new store!
This is a full-time position from Tuesday to Saturday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee bridal appointments by guiding brides through the selection process and ensuring their needs are met
- Supervise and support a team of 1–3 stylists, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Create a welcoming, positive, and memorable experience for brides and their guests
- Execute daily shop operations, including greeting clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the shop
- Support and participate in networking events and marketing initiatives
- Represent the brand professionally as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador
- Process sales transactions accurately and follow proper cash handling procedures
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure accurate inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively resolving client concerns
- Perform additional duties as assigned by corporate management
Work Experience:
- Retail experience is required.
- Management experience required.
- Bridal experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Weekend availability is required.
In the initial months, this role may focus on opening the boutique from the ground up, including coordinating with contractors and assisting with planning. Once open, the Store Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead a team dedicated to providing an exceptional bridal shopping experience.
