Responsibilities

- Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and sanitation.
- Operate frying equipment safely and efficiently, monitoring cooking times and temperatures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Follow dietary department guidelines when preparing meals for special dietary needs.
- Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with kitchen tools, including knives and frying equipment.
