Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a genuine smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
- Manage seating arrangements efficiently using Toast Tables (onside training provided)
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assisting with other questions and inquiries.
- Assist guests with seating preferences, special requests, and accommodate any accessibility needs
- Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Keep the host/host station organized, ensuring menus, reservation logs, and seating charts are up-to-date
Requirements
- Previous host/host experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices to ensure every guest feels valued.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
