Duties
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency
- Support cooking processes by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, wiping tables, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
- Help with food plating and presentation to meet our high standards of visual appeal
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant work is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Experience with food handling equipment and sanitation procedures preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary arts and hospitality operations
