About The Role
Minnie’s is the intimate lobby bar inside Bend’s restored 1932 post office—serving distinctive drinks, small plates, and spirited conversation. We’re looking for a part-time bartender to help bring this space to life: someone who takes pride in craft, hospitality, and reading the room with intuition.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with consistency and care
- Provide warm, attentive service that feels personal and genuine
- Maintain the bar’s appearance, prep, and organization
- Assist with light bar prep (garnishes, batching, setup, breakdown)
- Educate guests on cocktails and menu items
- Uphold OLCC compliance and safe alcohol service practices
- Support closing duties, restocking, and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to uphold Minnie’s identity and guest experience
What You Bring
- 1–2 years bartending experience in a craft, upscale, or boutique environment
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- A guest-first mindset and calm presence under pressure
- OLCC certification required (or ability to obtain before start date)
- A sense of curiosity, professionalism, and pride in your craft
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

FULL-TIME SERVER / FOOD PREP — MINNIE’S

About The Role
This is a hybrid role at Minnie’s that blends guest-facing service with simple, elevated food preparation. You’ll be part of the small team that delivers Minnie’s signature experience—beautiful plates, sharp service, and a warm, soulful atmosphere.
What You'll Do
Service (Front-of-House):
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Deliver food and drinks with precision, timing, and genuine care
- Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain strong communication with the bar and back-of-house
- Support opening/closing duties, side work, and cleanliness standards
Food Prep (Back-of-House):
- Execute light prep for menu items (plating, assembling, slicing, garnishes)
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Coordinate with the Bar Manager and leadership on food quality & timing
What You Bring
- Previous serving experience in a boutique, craft, or hospitality-driven setting
- Comfort with light food prep—no line-cook or culinary background required
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest experience
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, intimate environment
- OLCC Food Handler Card and OLCC Server Permit (or willingness to obtain)
