Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders accurately
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established procedures
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed
- Ensure proper presentation and garnishing of beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout shifts
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink service during busy periods
- Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
- Provide attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred
- Experience in serving, bartending, or catering is highly desirable
- Background in banquet service or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Barista experience or work within the food industry demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is essential
