- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years in hotel sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CI/Marriott systems preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to interpret contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, confident demeanor with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
