Lead the team behind exceptional guest experiences at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa as our Guest Services Manager. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Front Office while inspiring a culture of hospitality, accountability, and service excellence. From arrival to departure, you'll help ensure every guest interaction reflects the high standards of our luxury resort.

You'll provide leadership and support to our Front Desk, Bell Services, Valet, Door Services, Service Express, and Ski Valet teams, creating seamless operations and personalized service at every touchpoint. Success in this role means developing high-performing team members, driving guest satisfaction, resolving challenges with professionalism, and partnering across departments to deliver a consistently outstanding resort experience.

What You'll Do Includes:

• Lead the Front Office, Concierge, Bell, Valet, Ski Valet, Guest Relations, Reservations, and Service Express teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and service excellence.
• Resolve guest concerns, oversee service recovery efforts, and ensure every interaction reflects our luxury resort standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that elevate the overall guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with guests by recognizing VIPs, coordinating special requests, and creating personalized stays.
• Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations and room readiness.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, and company policies while supporting revenue and operational goals.
• Lead by example with a visible presence throughout the resort, supporting your team and delivering exceptional service every day.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 DOE

Schedule: Varies, work hours are between 7am - 11pm

Our Ideal Candidate:

An experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a luxury resort environment and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of progressive Front Office leadership experience, with a strong understanding of hotel operations, guest recovery, and team development. A bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Success in this role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Opera PMS and other hotel systems is preferred, along with a solid understanding of financial performance, service standards, and luxury hospitality. Most importantly, you're a hands-on leader who inspires your team, builds meaningful guest relationships, and consistently delivers service that exceeds expectations.
