What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Restaurant Busperson - PM Shift position at The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa?
Responsible for setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. This is a PM shift position.
Assist Server in providing prompt, efficient courteous, professional food and beverage service in upscale restaurant; pre-meal set up and post meal clean up; ensuring that all guests needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded.
Job Requirements:
* One years experience as a Busperson in high volume, upscale Hotel or Restaurant environment
* Thorough knowledge of sanitation standards
* Exceptional guest service skills
* Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and lift trays weighing up to 35 pounds repetitively during entire shift
* Ability to work flexible schedule in the evenings to include weekends and holidays
* Must have to be willing to obtain Clark County Food Handler
