Responsibilities

- Train, develop, and supervise staff in all aspects of food service and hospitality management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for sourcing quality ingredients.

Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is essential.
