We are currently seeking a Division Reliability Manager to lead and elevate the reliability strategy across our lumber mill operations.
About The Role
The Division Reliability Manager will lead the implementation of a robust reliability strategy across multiple mills, enhancing safety, quality, and uptime. This role ensures cohesion and accountability through a dotted-line relationship with each facility manager, leveraging people, processes, and technology to embed reliability into the organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
Champion a failure-mode-based reliability program focused on sustainability and cultural integration.
Ensure predictive maintenance systems are functioning and prioritized based on severity.
Evaluate and implement additional predictive maintenance schemes.
Optimize equipment hierarchy and spare parts management.
Collaborate with vendors and SMEs to engineer reliability improvements.
Partner with continuous improvement teams to quantify and capture value.
Enhance planning around optimization scanners and computer systems.
Improve visibility and accountability in cleaning, calibration, and verification.
Develop and monitor metrics for predictive and preventive maintenance adherence.
Strengthen PM quality to clearly define acceptable vs. unacceptable states.
Drive RCA program execution with enhanced triggers.
Lead organizational change by addressing systemic barriers and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications
Education: Associates Degree in Business or Operational Management preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years in sawmill reliability and maintenance practices.
Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
