The Westchester Center for Independent and Assisted Living is an exceptional team-oriented facility looking to hire for our Admissions & Marketing Director Position for our skilled nursing facilities/assisted living
Salary $80k/year Bonus
Admissions / Marketing Director Responsibilities:
Implement marketing strategies to maximize admissions, including daily contact with potential referral sources
Work with local community organizations and hospitals to generate a positive image and encourage referrals
Effectively manage electronic referral programs
Conduct screening of potential residents, by determining the level of care, services required, equipment needs, and insurance coverage
Facilitate the resident referral and approval process in an efficient manner
Exhibit knowledge of the admissions process, including policy, procedures, assessments & paperwork requirements
Support the facility's PR to generate a positive image & encourage word-of-mouth referrals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations governing Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement processes
Provide scheduled on-site tours of the facility for potential residents as needed
Performs other related job duties as required
Admissions / Marketing Director Qualifications (preferred):
Three years' experience as an Admissions / Marketing Director in a long-term care or other related healthcare facility
Clerical experience
Bachelor’s degree in social services or a health-related field preferred
