• Work with a highly educated team of specialists 

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and build meaningful, patient-specific plans of care

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy focused on function and independence

• Treat the whole person—not just the diagnosis

• Use therapeutic activities, exercises, and techniques that actually translate to daily life

• Adapt and progress care based on real-time clinical reasoning 

• Educate patients so they understand the why behind what they’re doing

• Document clearly, accurately, and efficiently (we respect your time)

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

• Supervise students and help shape the future of OT

• Ensure accurate coding and billing that reflects the care you provide
